Our Partnership
We partner with mili mili on First Nation public art projects.
mili mili is a collective of Continuing Custodians artists, designers and curators who have developed a Country+Community methodology to ensures projects are specific to Country and actively engage Community. This process honours local mob's story and Designing with Country principles, creating inclusive spaces that speak to the past, present and the future and where all cultures are welcome.
The success of our award winning projects has been driven by Community engagement workshops where the initial artwork concepts have been generated. Uniquely a percentage of each contracts value is allocated to fund the workshops. Our most recent award-winning projects - Signal Fire (Freshwater Headland), Footprints on Gadigal Nura (Waterloo Metro Station) and Breathe (Yeo Park) were achieved this way.
